What this website is

It describes who we are and what research we conduct, and lets you contact us. It is an information and contact service. It is not a medical service, it does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and nothing on it is a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation.

What it is not

Using this site, submitting a form or speaking to a coordinator does not enroll you in anything and does not guarantee that you are eligible for any study. Enrollment happens only after you have read and signed an informed consent document and completed screening.

Using the site properly

Please do not:

• submit information about another person without their knowledge and permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its accounts or its servers;
• use automated tools to scrape, overload or disrupt the site;
• upload anything malicious, or use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Accuracy of what you send

If you fill in a form, please give accurate information. Pre-screening decisions are preliminary and are always confirmed in person, but inaccurate answers waste your time as much as ours.

Our content

The text, images, logo and design of this site belong to CRIGA or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish them as your own, or use our name or logo to suggest a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.

Links to other sites

We sometimes link to other organizations. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

We try to keep the site up and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove content at any time. If something on the site contradicts a consent form or something a coordinator told you, the consent form and the coordinator are correct.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRIGA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability relating to the conduct of a clinical study.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
